Oppoq oy
Quchog‘ingda qaltirayman, titrayman,
Ortiq sendan bezdi ko‘nglim, «oppoq oy».
Yo‘lni ochsang, endi bundan ketaman,
Ko‘klam yaqin kelgan deylar, bir qaray!
Ko‘kdan tushgan yengil oppoq parlardan
Qudrat qo‘li senga ko‘ylak to‘qiydi.
Uchib kelib uzoq-yaqin yerlardan
Bir to‘p qarg‘a madhiyangni o‘qiydi.
«Ko‘klam yaqin!» degan so‘zni eshitib,
Ko‘zlaringga zamharirdek yosh keldi.
U yoshlaring jumak bo‘lib, uyushib,
Osildilar… bo‘yning yerga egildi.
Hovuz yuzi ikki qarich muz bo‘lgan,
Yosh bolalar tiyg‘anishib o‘ynaylar.
Uvshib, to‘ng‘ib masjiddagi chol o‘lgan,
Yetim qolgan bolalari yig‘laylar.
Jarqishloqning yo‘lida ham shaharga
Qaymoq va sut keltiruvchi bir bola
To‘ng‘ib o‘lgan, har kun erta saharda
Shunday qilib bir necha jon yo‘qola…
Quchog‘ing-da juda sovuq, «oppoq oy»,
Ko‘klam kelsin, bir suyunay, bir o‘ynay!..
