Nimaning hidi
Bilmayman: bu hidlar nimaning hidi?
Ruhim hidlash bilan anglagan edi!..
Mav’ud jannatlarning eng go‘zali-da,
Eng go‘zal malika atirlar sochdi,
Ko‘klarning eng nozli o‘ynoq parisi
Atir qutisining og‘zini ochdi.
Ko‘ngilni muloyim qitiqlaguvchi,
O‘zida bir turli sir saqlaguvchi,
Bu hiddirkim, horg‘in, charchagan dilga
Yangi umid, toza quvvat berguvchi…
Muhabbat bulbuli berildi tilga!
Uzilib-uzilib yig‘lagan ko‘ngil,
Azaldan yumshoqlik ko‘rmagan ko‘ngil,
Gullik bog‘chalarda yurmagan ko‘ngil,
O‘zini gullarga urmagan ko‘ngil
Azal malagidan bir hid hidladi,
Esirdi, yiqildi, o‘zi bilmadi…
Hidsiz tilaklarning totli umidi
Sonsiz havaslarni ko‘nglimga soldi,
Oppoq malikaning tarqatgan hidi
Tanimni, jonimni, ruhimni oldi!
Eng totli havaslar sunguvchi hidni
Ruhim hidlash bilan anglagan edi!..
