Men asiri g‘amzai bir guluzor o‘ldim yana,
Mubtaloi ikki zulfi tobdor o‘ldim yana,
Kunji g‘am ichra tunu kun intizor o‘ldim yana,
Ko‘yida qon yig‘lamay, naylayki, zor o‘ldim yana,
Oh, bu yerda turolmay, beqaror o‘ldim yana.
Vasli umidi bila chashmim to‘kar chun oshkor,
Iig‘lagayman kechalar hijroni birla zor-zor,
Qolmadi dardi firoqida inonu ixtiyor,
Hasratida dilda dardim, ko‘z yoshimdur shashqator,
Men giriftori o‘shal Shirinshior o‘ldim yana.
Oh, bir soat kelib, holing nechun, deb so‘rmadi,
Kelsa negah, loaqal bir lahzaye o‘lturmadi,
Kechalar tortgan firoqida azobim ko‘rmadi,
Boshima shafqat niholi soyasin soldurmadi,
Naylayin, bir mehrsiz yora duchor o‘ldim yana.
Noz ila gulshanda ochti orazin ul sarvinoz,
Oldi xushimni boshimdin, ayladi beimtiyoz,
Lol o‘lub qoldim qilolmasdin boqib ifshoyi roz,
Kechti umri mustadomi hasratida qishu yoz,
Bu tamannolar bila beixtiyor o‘ldim yana.
Nolayu afg‘onima yerda bashar, ko‘kda malak
Sabr etolmas, charx urub holimg‘a yig‘lab no‘h falak,
Mumkin ermasdur g‘amim sharhini aytmak yak-bayak,
Mumkin ermas hasrati Bimiyni mahsub aylamak,
G‘ussau, g‘am naqdi birla beshumor o‘ldim yana.
