Its spelled wrong in the MW code. Thats maybe why "string" worked better than "number" for the type field? -- George Orwell III (talk) 05:41, 22 November 2012 (UTC)
- Fixed for width. Sorry. For the type field, I belive you talk about the en Wikisource one. In that case, the value is stored as a string (that can be "book", "journal", "collection"...), so the "string" type is needed. For the author and translator fields that contain links to the Author namespace, use the type "page". Tpt (talk) 20:31, 23 November 2012 (UTC)

- Oh I didn't know - I just copied what you had over on Labs when you annouced the change was in effect. Folks on en.WS have this Index data import gadget that imports info from Commons' templates so I don't know if we have a standard just yet. Better to leave them all and just see which ones get populated more so than the rest in a month or so.
You should look over what we have on en.WS for index data config to make sure it is current & without errors.

- Another question - the "\n" for footer? The footer nav-bar seems to cut into pages that have reference notes apearing at the bottom of the page that also use header=1 for transclusions? Could this line feed be the cause of that? -- George Orwell III (talk) 00:51, 24 November 2012 (UTC)
- The footer entry is done in order to change the default footer for a specific book, not the footer of the transcluded text. The note issue is not new and also affect French Wikisource, I believe that Phe has tried to fix it some month ago and doesn't succeed. Tpt (talk) 14:03, 24 November 2012 (UTC)
