Dedilarkim: «Vafot etdi Javolash!»
Tanlarimda cho‘ziq, og‘ir bir titrash
Boshlandi-da, yaproq kabi cho‘zildim,
Bir qancha chog‘ tushunchada yo‘q bo‘ldim…

Hoy qushlardek uchib yurgan yengil jon,
Gavdang endi tuproqlarga qo‘yildi,
Izlaring ham yer betidan yuvildi,
Faqat ruhing ketmas ona bag‘ridan!

Boshqa dunyo tortganida o‘ziga
Unamoqdan boshqa yo‘ling bo‘lmagan.
Oz bo‘lsa-da bir marhamat qilmagan,
Ma’yus-ma’yus qarasang ham yuziga…

Dedilarkim: «Vafot etdi Javolash» –

Qalb ko‘zidan chiqib ketdi qator yosh…
