Jaholat dardidin tegmishdi millat yerga pahlusi,
Ochildi nogahon dor ush-shifoni ikki qopusi.

Bo‘lub behush yotmish, ko‘rdi andak husha keltirdi,
Sepib atrin chiqibon millating ikki Arastusi.

Buyurdi: “Xastaxona ichra elting, doru olsinlar!
Bilingkim, xastaxona — maktab, ilm — dorusi”.

Alina verdi: “Ko‘r aksing, shuuru ravnaqing ketmish,
Tafahhus ayla, xo‘b ibratnamo,—deb, — g‘az(i)ta ko‘zgusi”.

Shijoat qildilar shundog‘ zamonlarda, desak mumkin,
Maorif razmgohin biri Rustam, biri Barzusi.

Maqola yozsalar ahvolimizdin sarzanish aylab,
Yafayluk haqqi dil ichra bergan bizga lo‘lo‘si(n).

Inod etgan bilan cho‘x suflilar yo‘q xavfimiz ondan,
Barobar hech kelolmas g‘az(i)tani jafrig‘a jodusi.

Erur lozim ionat, ham xushomad, ham muhabbatkim,
Kishikim, xizmati milliydur — ul millatni xushro‘si.

Fig‘onkim, tobakay bu bistari g‘aflatda yotgaylar,
Umidim: shoyad uchgay bu “Sado”lar birlan uyqusi.

Egon millat g‘amini, Axtariy, odam hisob etgil,
Yo‘q ersa, har kishi o‘zina loyiq dardu qayg‘usi.
