Andijon uyazida dehqonchiliq solig‘i yig‘ish ishlari boshqa uyazlarga qarag‘anda sekin boradur. Bu to‘g‘rida gazetalarda: “Andijon hammadan keyin qolubsan, uyat emasmi, tezroq qimirla!” deydirlar.
Durust, dehqonchiliq solig‘ini yig‘ish ishlarida Andijon hammadan keyin qolg‘an, bundan hech kim tonmaydur.
Farg‘ona uchun eng yarimi kechilib, yarmiga qolg‘an bu soliqni vaqti-vaqtida yig‘ib berish lozim edi. Lekin, ishning tagiga nazar solub, ahvol va shart-sharoitni tekshirgan vaqtda uzr sanalg‘ulek sabablar bor. Shu to‘g‘rida mahalliy ijroqo‘mg‘a murojaat qilib quyidag‘i ma’lumotni oldim.
