Egasiz pattalar
Ro‘yxat vaqtida yeri ko‘p boylar tarafidan katta xiyonatlar bo‘lg‘an. Ular o‘z yerlarini boshqalarning otlarig‘a yozdirg‘anlar. Ro‘yxatchilar ham surushturmasdan yozaberganlar. Gʻallani undirar vaqtda haligi odamlarning yo o‘z ismi yo otasining ismi to‘g‘ri kelmagan va hatto bu tugul o‘zi yo‘q odamlarning ham nomlarig‘a soliq pattasi kelib chiqqan. Mundoq egasiz pattalar bo‘lus ijroqo‘mlarida ko‘bdur.
So‘ng vaqtda mana bu mayda pul qahatlig‘i soliq yig‘ish ishini yana oqsatdi. Mahalliy moliya shoʻbasi u xususda tegishlik joylarg‘a murojaat qilg‘an, buni o‘zi aytib turubdur. Mayda pul qahatlig‘i hali ham bartaraf qiling‘ani yo‘q. Qishloq odamlari emas, shahar odamlari ham bu to‘g‘rida ko‘b qiyinliq ko‘rmakdalar.
