Dahr aro man chekmagan qayg‘u bila g‘am qolmad»,
Yig‘lamoqdin ko‘zlarimda qatrai nam qolmadi.
Bir nafas munglug‘ ko‘ngul sirrin desam charx ilgidii,.
Vahki bir davron aro sirdoshu hamdam qolmadi.
G‘ussa chekmoqda ko‘rub afsurda mahzun xotirim,
Hasratu g‘am chekmagan holimg‘a odam qolmadi.
Turfa yo‘qdur nola qilsam sarv yanglig‘ qomatim
Bo‘lmayin hijron g‘ami bori bila xam qolmadi.
Zohir etmaklikda har lahza maning shonimg‘akim,
Ne esa zulmi falak ko‘p bo‘ldiyu kam qolmadi.
Emdi tutdum mug‘tanam bu fursat umrimnikim,
Soqiyo, bergil fano jomin manga dam qolmadi.
Shahnai g‘amg‘a asir o‘lmoq bila, Devoniyo,
Voy kim, mahzun ko‘ngul bir lahza xurram qolmadi.
