Bir tilla qo’ng’iz
Jonlandi, yashardi, ko‘kardi qarashim,
O‘zimda bir turli erkinlik sezaman.
Ko‘nglimda qolmadi shu tinda g‘am-g‘ashim,
Umidning ipaklik qilini cho‘zaman.
Shu chog‘da, shu bog‘da har narsa yumshoqdur,
Har narsa ko‘kargan, har narsa yashnaydur.
Shu bog‘da, shu chog‘da har narsa oppoqdir,
Quyosh ham nurini hovuchlab tashlaydur.
Ariqda suvlarning o‘ynoqi qo‘shig‘i
Shoxlarda uxlagan barglarni uyg‘otdi.
Ayniqsa, shamolning u yumshoq sho‘xlig’i
Shoxlarda barglarni titratdi, o‘ynatdi.
Qip-qizil qanotli kapalak yo‘lida
Uchratdi chiroyliq cho‘zanak qizini.
Kapalak tikilgach, u qizcha qo‘lida
Ushlagan barg bilan berkitdi yuzini…
Oltinli qo‘ng‘izni bolalar ushlashib,
Ip bilan ko‘klarga uchirib o‘ynaylar.
Qulliqni sevmagan yo‘qsilni kuchlashib,
Nimaga o‘zining erkiga qo‘ymaylar?..
