Copyright status and proper location

Works by this author are not in the public domain in country of original publication (Germany/Switzerland) because those countries apply the 70 years pma rule. They will not be in the public domain in those countries until 2033 as the author died in 1962. Therefore, they should not be migrated to de.ws. They are also not eligible for posting to Wikilivres until 2013 for the same reason. However, some works by this author are public domain in the United States as they were published before 1923 and therefore may be posted here.--Doug.^{(talk • contribs)} 09:01, 27 August 2011 (UTC)
