नेहिवा लगाके दुखवा दे गइलें परदेसी सइयाँ/नेहवा
अपने त गइलें पापी लिखि ना भेजाबे पाँती
अइसन निठुर स्याम हो गइलें परदेसी सइयाँ।
बिरहा जरावे छाती निनियो ना आवे राती
कठिन कठोर जियरा हो गइलें परदेसी सइयाँ।
कहत महेन्दर प्यारे काम हमरो तन जारे
उड़ि-उड़ि भँवरा रसवा ले गइले परदेसी सइयाँ।
