| راحێ؛ کە مەزەی عیشق نەدا، زەوقی چ دێنێ | عیشقێ کە زیای عەقڵ نەبا، شۆری چ دێنێ! |
| ساقی بەسەفا، ساغەری مەی دا بەحەریفان | گەر دەهری موعەربەد بەجەفا پێی نەڕژێنێ |
| جانا وەرە، تا جان بەنیساری قەدەمت کەم | گەر خاکی ڕەهت بێت و لە من گیان بستێنێ |
| ماچێ بدە من لەو دەهەنی خونچە میسالت | با حەسرەتی سەد ساڵە، لە دڵ هیچی نەمێنێ |
| ئازوردە دەکەی ئەو دڵی عوششاقە؛ دەترسم | جارێکی لەو ئازوردەگییەت دڵ بشکێنێ |
| هێندە مەنوێنە ڕوخی ئایینە؛ مە بادا | ئاهی دڵی مەزڵووم، بەڕووتی بنوێنێ |
| ساقی بەخوم و دەن، بە ئەدەب مەی بدە، ئەمما | جورعێکی لەبەر شێخ، کە ئەو مەستە ببینێ |

In the following cases works fall into the public domain after 30 years from the date of publication or public presentation (Article 16):
- Photographic or cinematographic works.
- In cases where the work belongs to a legal person or rights are transferred to a legal person.
