| شەوێکی تا سوبەینێ پاسەوان بووم | بە دائیم چاوەڕوانی بەربەیان بووم |
| کە وەختێ خونچە ئەو ئاوە ئەڕێژێ | بە ئامالی بگەم زارم بیچێژێ |
| لە دونیا بێ خەبەر پاش نیوەیی شەو | کە چووبووە هەردوو چاوم هێرشی خەو |
| لە زاری غونچەوە ئەو قەترە ئاوە | بەسەر بەرگ و لق و پۆیا ڕژاوە |
| لە تاوانا سەری خۆمدا بە بەردا | بە هەر دوو پێ چەپۆکمدا بەسەردا |
| زەمانم وا ژیانم چون فەنا بوو | هەموو ڕەنجم بەجارێ گشت بە با چوو |
| بە ئاهـ و دەردی حەسرەت، چاوی گریان | فڕیم ڕووم کردە سارا و بیابان |

| ئیتر دونیام بەجارێ لێ بوو تاریک | خزامە جێگەیێکی تەنگ و باریک |
| عەزیزم تۆیش وەکوو بولبول زەبوونی | ئەسیری ئەو گوڵەی دونیایی دوونی |
| نەتیجەی کاکی خۆم دەورانی ناپاک | وەکوو ئەو بولبولە ئەتخاتە ژێر خاک |
| کە وا بوو تاکوو ماوی ناوێ دەر کە | کڵاوێکی بە ڕەحمەت بوو لەسەر کە |
| هەزارێکی وەکو تۆی هێشت و خستی | ئەمە بوو ئاخری دونیاپەرەستی |
