| بۆ بەرهەمی وڵات و لەبۆ دەفعی لازمات | هیوام بە عێلی هەجیجە، خەریک بێت و نەسرەوێ |
| شاربەدەری وڵاتی بکەن دەسکردی ئەجنەبی | تاکوو تەوژمی بەرهەمی ئەم خاکە سەرکەوێ |
| بۆ بەرگەکەت لە قوماشی گەبەردین و پەشم ئەکەی!؟ | چەن خۆشە سەربەسەر کە هەموو شاڵی بەرکەوێ |
| شانازییە کە جلوبەرگەکەت لە شاڵ و جاو | چون بەرهەمی وڵاتەکەتە و باوی بەرکەوێ |
| تەشجیعی پیشەسازی نەکەن ماڵوێران ئەبن | بۆ زێڕی ئەم وڵاتە بە دەستی تەتەر کەوێ!؟ |
| گۆزە و گڵێنە دروست کەن لە جیاتی بلووری خەڵک | بە زەبری سنعەتی ناوخۆ شتی خەڵکی لە دەر کەوێ |
| با ئەو نیزامە لە گۆڕ نێین لەبۆ غەیرە ملکەچە | تا هێزی دەستی ڕەنجبەر و سنعەت بە سەر کەوێ |
| جێی ئیفتیخارە لەبەر کەی فەڕەنجی لە بەرگی مەڕ | پارەی وڵاتەکەت لە وڵاتا بە گەڕ کەوێ |
| بۆچی لە ئەورووپاوە شتومەک بگاتە لات؟ | دەستڕەنجی پوختی خاکەکەشت پشت چەپەر کەوێ! |
| کۆشکی وڵاتی ئەجنەبی لە دزراوی ڕەنجتان | ڕازاوەیە، مناڵی ئەتۆش با لە دەر کەوێ |
| سەرچاوە نەوتەکەت، کە ئەگەر بەرهەمی نەکەی | زۆر زەحمەتە کە چاوت بە خێر و بە فەڕ کەوێ |
| نەوتت هەیە و وڵاتت بە تاریکی مایەوە | کورد چاوەڕوانە کە ڕۆژی لە سەر کەل بەدەر کەوێ |

- It is the work of a body corporate, public or private, published by January 1st, 1980 (Article 20, 1971 law).
