| ماچێ بدە پێم لەو دەهەنی خونچە میسالت | با حەسرەتی سەد ساڵەیی دڵ، هیچی نەمێنێ |
| بۆ هێندە دڵ ئازوردە دەکا: غەمزەیی مەستت! | هێندەی مەدەرێ بادە؛ کە مینا بشکێنێ |
| هێندەی مەنوێنە؛ ڕوخی ئاوێنە، مەبادا | ئاهی دڵی مەزڵوومێ، بە«ڕووت»ی بنوێنێ |
| ساقی! بەخوم و دەن، بە ئەدەب مەی بدە، ئەمما | جورعێکی بەسە: شێخ؛ کە ئەو مەستە ببینێ |

In the following cases works fall into the public domain after 30 years from the date of publication or public presentation (Article 16):
- Photographic or cinematographic works.
- In cases where the work belongs to a legal person or rights are transferred to a legal person.
