| سەر و زولف و برۆ و چاو و خەت و خاڵ و لەبی لەعلت | چنان بردند صبر از دل که ترکان خوان یغما را |
| نەتەنها من لە ڕەمزی تاقی مێحرابی بڕۆت ناگەم | که کس نگشود و نگشاید به حکمت این معما را |
| سەلامم کرد لە یاری خۆم وتی: هەی «ناعلیک» ئەبلە | جواب تلخ می زیبد لب لعل شکر خارا |
| کە حوسنی یۆسفم بینی سەعاتەن بۆم موحەققەق بوو | که عشق از پرده عصمت بیرون ارد زلیخا را |
| بە میسلی شەکر و چایی یەک سەفایان لێ نەبینراوە | جوانان سعادتمند پند پیر دانا را |
| ڕەواجی دەفتەرت قانع ئەبێ مونکر چلۆن بیبا | که بر نظم تو افشاند فلک عقد ثریا را |
