Шор дорын, нюдз бадь ув вылын, довъялӧ юрсигуысь. Аслас мича бордъяснас ошйысьӧ, пӧртмасьӧ. Кынӧмыс кӧ сюмалас, лэбиг моз гутъястӧ, гебъястӧ ньылалӧ. Со, орччӧн сыкӧд пуксьӧма ичӧтик гут, юасьӧ: «Абу яндзим тэныд? — гутъясӧс сёян: миянлы, гутъяслы, тіянлы моз жӧ, гаж петӧ овны».
Юрсигуысь мылькъя гӧгрӧс синсӧ паськӧдӧма, шуӧ: «Забыль эськӧ, дзоляӧй, ме тэнӧ ог сёй да, ог тай куж сэсся мукӧдторсӧ сёйныс-а».
Юрсигуысь кутіс гутӧс, кӧсйӧ ньылыштны... Друг кодкӧ асьсӧ кутіс. Вӧлӧмкӧ, чикыш асьсӧ кутӧма.
Юрсигуысь кевмысьны кутіс: «Чикышӧй, чикышӧй, жалитышт менсьым том мичалунӧс, эн сёй!»
— Дерт, эськӧ да, меным ӧд сідз жӧ тшыгъявны лоӧ челядьӧйкӧд тэнад мичалун вӧсна.
