Ӧтчыд кӧдзыд тӧвся лунӧ
Вӧрысь, кыйсьӧм бӧрын петі.
Водзын пес доддя вӧв мунӧ, —
— Воис чой да суи сэті.
Вӧвсӧ ас кежсьыс ме чайті,
Видзӧда да: вӧв ныр увті,
Муртса тыдыштӧ лым сайті,
Морт дзонь восьлалӧ... Вӧв сувтіс.
Аддза: тюни, пеля шапка,
Шарпыс — чышъян, пасьыс — ыж ку,
Ема кепысь, вӧв дом тшапкӧ —
— Ставыс ыджыд, ачыс гыж кодь!
— Олан вылан! Кытчӧ ветлін?
— Мун, эн сёрнит... Кытчӧ мӧдін!..
— Зэв тай скӧр тэ! Кытчӧ ветлін?
— Турунла... Эн сӧр, кор тӧдан!
— Кытысь пескыд? — Дерт жӧ вӧрысь.
Батьӧ кералӧ со, кылан?
