  4. This work was originally published anonymously or under a pseudonym between January 1, 1943 and January 1, 1954 (more than 70 years ago), and the name of the author did not become known during 70 years after publication.

[1] If the author of this work was subjected to repression and rehabilitated posthumously, countdown of copyright protection began not from the death date, but from the rehabilitation date. If the work was first published posthumously, the copyright term is counted from the date of that first publication, unless the author was later rehabilitated, in which case it runs again from that later rehabilitation date.

Булды кондыз, аслы үзгәрде диеп мин күрсәм үз –
Хәзрәтеңне белмәдем! – Дуңгыз икәнсең син һәнүз!

Матбага алгач, сине инсане галидер дисәм, –
Кайда галилек сиңа, хали икәнсең син һәнүз!

Тугъры юлны тапты бу, тәүфикъ имеш, ярый, дисәм –
Лотфе Хактан пакь икән, гари икәнсең син һәнүз!

Гыйльмә нашир булды бу, яхшы кеше булды, дисәм –
Нәйләем ки, бик кабих, шахшы икәнсең син һәнүз!

Бу сәхи, бер бай кеше тәкмил итәр барын, дисәм, –
Бер хәсис, мәгърур икән, карун икәнсең син һәнүз.

Бу ганидер, милләтә ярдәм вә гаүнәйләр ,дисәм, –
Иске Нәмруд, Самри, Фиргавен икәнсең син һәнүз!

«Белдем инде милләтең дәрден», – дисең, борчак атып, –
Файдасы юк бер хәрам корсак икәнсең син һәнүз!

И аягың коргыры! намусымызны таптадың;
Золмәтеңнең хөрмәтенә шәмсемезне капладың.

Син үзең сүнсәң сүнәрсең, бу кояш сүнмәс әле;
Ул мөкаддәс, залимең әмренә тиз күнмәс әле.

Ташла тиз! пычратма матбугатны, кит! бер якка кит!
И печән өстендә өргән һәм талашып яткан эт!
