Кодыр гӧтраси, вӧлись тӧдмалі,
Ӧні нинӧм нин мем и эльтчыны,
Вӧлім вичкоын, лои гӧтыра,
Енмӧй мыждіс кӧ, пусьы сир пӧртйын!
Мед кӧть тайӧс ме босьті кызмырдӧн,
Мед кӧть вӧлі ме кыдзкӧ пӧръялӧм,
Сійӧ ачым со сідзи бӧрйи ме,
Кӧні коліс мем, сэні-й кораси.
Сыысь ӧтар тай уна вӧлісны
Нывъяс шаньджыкӧсь, таланаджыкӧсь,
Видзӧд, немторйӧн босьтны яндзим зэв
Ас бур рӧдвужысь, тӧдса войтырысь.
Со и бӧрйи ме найӧ кӧр серти,
Кыдзи йӧз костын овлӧ ӧтторъя,
Бур рӧдвужаӧс, зэв бур нимаӧс;
Нимӧн-рӧдвужӧн кӧсйи пӧт лоны.
Со и оламӧ лун-лун видчамӧ,
Да ас рӧдвужӧн сыкӧд ошйысям,
Да мый вӧліс на, ставсӧ видзимӧ,

«Ӧні воас кад, лоас сьӧкыдик,
Мый нӧ, гӧтырӧй, пондам керны ми?»
— Матӧ вои ме! Бур йӧз, висьталӧ,

Кодыр чужӧмыд сэтшӧм мывкыдӧн,
