Regarding First Olbiil Era Kelulau: This kind of material is pefectly acceptable in Wikisource, but I have some concerns about the title. Although I do not understand the native Palauan language at all, I suspect that the title refers to something like "First session of Congress". This is a very general title that could similarly with other acts passed by that session of congress. It would strike me as preferable to give such an article that more accurately refers to the objectives of the bill, which, in this case, is the establishment of a national library. Could you please review the matter and advise, and, if appropriate, make whatever changes need be made. Eclecticology 19:13, 10 Mar 2004 (UTC)
