This forces a standard paragraph space for pages transcluded from the Page: namespace when viewed in the main namespace.
Usage
Used at the end of a paragraph in the PAGE: namespace where the paragraph terminates the page.
At the end of the terminating paragraph, add a new line
... paragraph terminating a page.

There are no optional parameters.
Technical
Mediawiki software collapses multiple blank lines to a single blank line. When pages are transcluded from one namespace to another, this can mean the loss of a new paragraph mark rather than its necessary preservation. This template when used appropriately will allow clear designation of the end of a paragraph, and hence the clear start of the next.
The template itself has no effect on the underlying text, however, the strategic placement of this template prevents blank lines from being collapsed, effectively preserving end of paragraph marker.
