This is the text known in Chinese as Suรฌjฤซn zhรฌzhวŽngwรฉn ็ขŽ้‡‘็ฝฎๆŽŒๆ–‡ and in English as Grains of Gold in the Palm of the Hand. It is a poem in exactly 1,000 characters, each occuring only once, composed in one hundred non-rhyming pentasyllabic couplets. It is preceded by a preface which is unsigned and undated.
