XYZ Uso in Interlingua

In interlingua, the names of the days are mainly from the gods and the goddess are used in Latin:

- Sunday - the day of the Lord (christian name)

- Monday - Monday, Monday,

- Tuesday - Day of Mars

- Mercury - Sunday of Mercury,

- Jovedi - Jupiter's (or Jove) day

- Venerdi--day of Venus (or Venere)

= Sabbato - day of Shabbath

According to the custom, the Sunday was called the Sun, and the Sabbath of Saturn.

XYZ Us in other languages

In Latin, there were two ways to name the days of the week.

One of these manners is using the names of gods and goddesses, as is used in interlingua, English, Spanish, Italian and French.

Another way is to name it from Monday until it comes with numbers:
