the Punong Barangay or any uniformed personnel (PNP/Army) may confiscate the Municipal Official Pass Slip.

2. Barangay officials should record the names of those issued Municipal Official Pass Slips in their respective barangays.

3. No Municipal Official Pass Slip shall be issued to a household with only senior citizens as its members. If no member of the household fits the requirement to be issued the Municipal Official Pass Slip, they may seek the assistance of their relatives residing in the same barangay with issued Municipal Official Pass Slip and/or barangay officials in procuring their necessities such as food, water and medicines.

4. Boarders/transients in Balaoan shall not be issued Municipal Official Pass Slips. They should coordinate with their respective landlords and/or neighbors in the same barangay with issued Municipal Official Pass Slips to procure their necessities.

5. Each barangay shall identify at least one entrance and one exit point for all residents in the barangay through which they will pass. All other roads may be closed to traffic. Adjacent barangays are advised to coordinate as to road closure to avoid problems on traffic. Furthermore, barangays are required to submit to the Balaoan Police Station the location of their barangay checkpoints and road closures. Barricades of road closures may only be removed by barangay officials, rescue, health and uniformed personnel. All barangay checkpoints should be properly labeled.

6. Curfew is in effect for the whole 24 hours pursuant to the general intent of Enhanced Community Quarantine since only essential trips outside of the residence are allowed. However, a municipal curfew shall be imposed from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am daily for individuals going out for their necessities. The curfew schedule shall not be applicable to those individuals who are authorized to be outside of their residence because of the nature of their work such as health workers and emergency frontliners, security personnel, employees of businesses and establishments that can remain open, media, and others specified in the
