8. Enclosed/indoor grocery stores, convenience stores, drugstores, banking institutions, courier/messengerial services, money remittance centers, utility services payment center located outside the hypermarket shall be open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Owners and managers should ensure that their establishments practice social distancing, at least one (1) meter between clients/customers. This will be monitored by a team from the Municipal Government.
9. LPG and hog/poultry feeds delivery services within Agoo only will be issued a travel clearance by the Mayor's office, upon clearance by the Municipal Health Office.
10. For board and lodging establishments with more than 20 occupants, one (1) home quarantine pass shall be issued per floor. There shall be only one (1) designated representative per floor to buy basic necessities.

Section 2 REPEALING CLAUSE Previous issuance or any portion thereof, which are inconsistent with the provision of this Executive Order are hereby amended, modified, superseded or repealed accordingly Section 3. SEPARABILITY CLAUSE. If any section or provision of this Executive
Order is declared void, ineffective or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the holding
of such section or provision to be void or invalid for any cause whatsoever shall in no way
affect the validity of the remaining sections and provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 4. EFFECTIVITY CLAUSE. This Executive Order shall take effect immediately upon the date hereof and shall remain in effect until rescinded, repealed or amended.
