f. Only those private establishments providing basic necessities and such activities related to food and medicine production, i.c., public markets, supermarkets, groceries, convenience stores, food preparation and delivery services, water refilling stations, manufacturing and processing plants of basic food products and medicines, banks, money transfer services, power, energy, water and telecommunications supplies and facilities shall be open.

g. In such open establishments, their respective managements shall ensure the adoption of a strict skeletal workforce to support operations, as well as strict social distancing measures. Export-oriented industries shall remain operational, subject to the condition that strict social distancing measures are observed, their respective personnel are provided appropriate temporary accommodation arrangements by March 18, 2020, and that a skeletal work force shall be implemented. For purposes of the foregoing, transit to and from the above establishments anywhere within the are covered by the Enhanced Community Quarantine shall be allowed. Security personnel of the establishments within the quarantine area are likewise allowed to travel therein.

h. Mass public transport facilities (bus, mini bus, UV express, jeeps, tricycles) shall be suspended.

i. Land, air and sea travel shall be restricted. j. Shopping malls are ordered to close for the duration of executive order.

k. Restaurants can only accept take-home and delivery services. Dine-in is strictly prohibited.

l. Students on On-the-Job Training (OJT) are no longer required to report.

m. Public playgrounds, basketball courts, beaches, and public parks will be closed.

2. In compliance with the advisory of the DILG dated March 10, 2020 (Postponement of Activities Relative to the Threat of COVID-19), all concerned shall cancel or postpone all activities that will involve gathering people in a crowd, regardless of size. This includes meetings, seminars, workshops, conduct of fiestas, social gatherings, weddings, baptisms, birthdays, reunions and other related events.

3. Funeral wakes shall be held for not more than four (4) days. Number of attendees should be limited to ten persons at time.

4. The Municipal Siren will alarm every two (2) hours starting at 7:00 AM to signal simultaneous proper handwashing of all residents, effective March 18, 2020. Aside from that, the DOH's recommendation to practice sanitation and preventive measures on social distancing, proper etiquette in coughing/sneezing, and regular cleaning of households and workplace is hereby advised and reiterated.

5. All persons within Agoo with domestic and overseas travel history (from places with COVID-19 confirmed cases) shall submit themselves for home quarantine and follow the DOH algorithm for patients with possible COVID-19 infection. They are to be monitored by the Barangay Health Emergency Response Teams (BHERTS) and the Municipal Health Office. In case of resistance or non-compliance, the LGU will coordinate with police authority for assistance, as this is a public health and safety concern. The Barangay Health Emergency Response Teams are activated and they are to guide the persons under monitoring.
