我本身對常春藤花環沒有任何慾望，
我一無所求!
美麗的匈牙利少女們，
卻給我戴上葡萄樹花環加冕,

Szőlővessző lelke a bor,
A költőnek lelke a dal.
Lelkünket ha általadtuk
Borban, dalban a világnak:
Elhervadunk, elenyészünk.
És midőn már elenyésztünk:
Lelkeink, a bor s dal mellett
