شوخی اف رے تری نظر کی
یہ پھانس بنی مرے جگر کی
زلفوں نے وہیں بلائیں لے لیں
رخ سے جو ذرا نقاب سرکی
کیا پوچھتے ہو شب جدائی
جس طرح سے بن پڑی بسر کی
دل دے کے انہیں میں دیکھتا ہوں
یہ میری خطا ہے یا نظر کی
نکلیں بھی تو یہ عزیزؔ دل سے
نالوں میں کمی نہیں اثر کی
