Икĕ çырма хушшинче
Эпир ӳснĕ ял ларать,
Аслă урам варринче
Чиркӳ тăрри курăнать.
Ялăн икĕ айккипе
Хурăн çулĕ çаврăнать,
Икĕ çырма тăрăшпе
Йăмра ушкăнь чашкăрать.
Уйри калча тăррисем
Вĕçен çилпе хумханаç;
Вĕсем çинче тăрисем
Тырра курса савăнаç.
Ешĕл калча хыçĕнче
Хура вăрман хумханать;
Хура вăрман умĕнче
Çĕрти прахот шăхăрать.
Яла кĕрсен тĕлĕнен:
«Тĕлĕк мар-ши ку ман?» тен.
Пĕтĕм кил-çурт, юмах пек,
Ешĕл çулçă та чечек.
