except at the annual meetings, or at meetings held by adjournment from the annual meetings, or at meetings appointed by the Executive Committee.

Art. 7. Auxiliary Societies may be formed in any part of the Nation; and any person who, by the payment of any sum, shall become a member of an auxiliary, shall be considered as a member of the parent Society.

Each Auxiliary Society shall have a Treasurer, who shall receive all money collected by the Auxiliary, and pay it over to the Treasurer of the parent Society, as soon as the second Wednesday in October of each year.

Each Auxiliary Society shall send at least one Delegate to attend each annual meeting of the Parent Society.

All collections by the Auxiliary Societies shall be made as soon as the 20th day of September in each year; and it shall be the duty of the Secretary of each Auxiliary to report to the Secretary of the parent Society the name of the Auxiliary, the names of the officers, and the amount collected, as soon as the second Wednesday in October of each year.

Art. 8. This Constitution may be altered by vote of the Society at an annual or adjourned meeting.
