WHEREAS, however, the Sanggunian shall abide by the observations indicated by the Provincial Legal Officer in her opinion dated March 4, 2020 and the observations of the Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator in her opinion dated March 10, 2020,
WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, on motion of SP Members Vici M. Ventanilla and Angel M. Baniqued, Jr. a and co-sponsored by SP Members Sheila Marie S. Perez-Galicia, Jerome Vic O. Espino and Jose G. Peralta, Jr., duly seconded, it was-
RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan in session assembled, to declare Municipal Ordinance No. 03, S-2020 of the Sangguniang Bayan of Bayambang. Pangasinan, entitled "An Ordinance approving the reclassification of a parcel of land covered by Transfer of Certificate of Title No. 026-2019000297 registered under the name of Sps. Marichel Navarro Imperial and Anthony Imperial containing an area of Three Thousand Two Hundred Ninety-Nine Square Meters (3,299 sq.m.) under Tax Declaration No. 11-0047-36690 and a parcel of land covered by Original Certificate of Title CARP 201700081 registered under the name of Sps. Mark Sherwin Navarro and Mylanie Navarro containing an area of Four Thousand Six Hundred Twenty Five Square Meters (4,625 sq m.) under Tax Declaration No. 11-0047-34202 owned by the Silverconcha Wavepool Resort and Company, from agricultural land to commercial land" as within the conferred powers of the Sangguniang Bayan to enact;
RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished the Office of the Sangguniang Bayan of Bayambang, Pangasinan, for its information and guidance.
