उदिता दित्यसंकाशा पूर्णेन्दुबदनप्रभा ॥ भासयन्ति इमांतारा सदेबासुरमानु षान् ॥ १४ ॥ कम्पयन्त्यः त्रयोलोका स्त्रासयन् यक्षराक्षसान् ॥ नीलोत्पलकरादे बी माभैमा भैरिति व्रुबन ॥ १५ ॥ जगत्संरक्षणार्थाय अहमुत्पादिताजिनैः ॥ का न्तारे शस्त्रसंपाते नानाभयसमाकुले ॥ १६ ॥ स्मरणादेवनामानि सत्वारक्षा म्यहं सदा ॥ तारयिष्याम्य हंसत्वा नानाभयमहार्णबात् ॥ १७ ॥ तेन तारेति
उदित सूर्य जस्तै, पूर्णिमाको चन्द्रमा जस्तो मुखको कान्ति भएकी, यी ताराहरूले देवता, असुर र मनुष्यहरूलाई प्रकाश दिन्छिन्। १४ तीनै लोकलाई कम्पित पार्दै, यक्ष र राक्षसहरूलाई तर्साउँदै, हातमा नीलो कमल लिएर 'नडराऊ, नडराऊ' भन्दै छिन्। १५ संसारको रक्षाको लागि मलाई अजिनाले उत्पन्न गरेको हो, डरलाग्दो वनमा, शस्त्रहरूको प्रहारमा, अनेकौं भयले भरिएको ठाउँमा। १६ मेरो नाम स्मरण गर्नाले मात्र पनि म सधैं रक्षा गर्छु, अनेकौं भयको महासागरबाट म तर्काउँछु। १७ त्यसैले तारा भनिन्छ।
