English: Page No. 5 (or page No. 9 according to numbering started from the beginning) of the Issue 1 (31), January-February, 1936, of the Moksha-language magazine Kolkhozon eryaf (an old name for the Moksha magazine). It contains text of Joseph Stalin's work originally published in Russian in 1924 (О Ленине: Речь на вечере кремлевских курсантов 28 января 1924 г. (Сталин)) and translated to the Moksha language in 1936. This translation is assumed to be PD in the US, since the 95-year term for original Stalin's work expired in 2020, and translation's copyright is not restored in the US according to the URAA terms because the translation's copyright had expired in Russia on the URAA date (1/1/1996). |
