آدم کا ضمیر اس کی حقیقت پہ ہے شاہد
مشکل نہیں اے سالکِ رہ! عِلم فقیری
فولاد کہاں رہتا ہے شمشیر کے لائق
پیدا ہو اگر اس کی طبیعت میں حریری
خود دار نہ ہو فقر تو ہے قہرِ الٰہی
ہو صاحبِ غیرت تو ہے تمہیدِ امیری
افرنگ ز خود بے خبرت کرد وگرنہ
اے بندۂ مومن! تو بشیری، تو نذیری!
